- Minimum stay of 2 nights, and 7 nights during peak season.
- Reservations for more than 1 week include a weekly clean and change of sheets and towels. Additional cleaning can be booked, costing 15 euros (or 25 if it includes a change of bed-linen).
DEPOSIT
The security deposit is guaranteed via credit card and will be returned within 48 hours of departure.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
When a reservation is confirmed a non-refundable deposit of 30% will be charged.
The remaining 70% will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
We recommend taking out travel insurance for cancellations due to 'force majeure'.
Normally guests will stay in the apartment of their choice, unless due to reasons beyond our control (such as a problem with the property or appliances) it were necessary for them to stay in the other property - in this event guests would be notified as soon as possible.
If, in order to co-ordinate reservations in the best way possible, it were necessary to change the property which a guest had reserved this would only be done with the prior consent of the guest.
ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS
Please inform as soon as possible if your arrival will be outside of office hours or during a weekend. In this way we can organise it so that there is no extra charge involved.
CHECKING IN AND OUT TIMES
The set times for arrivals are alter 4 p.m. and for departures before 11 a.m.
We are completely flexible as regards these set times if and when they do not affect other guests' reservations when consulted in advance. Otherwise times should be adhered to.
LOSS OF KEYS
Loss of keys will result in 50 euros being deducted from the deposit.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED
These are strictly no-smoking apartments. Failure to respect this will result in the complete loss of a deposit.
NO PARTIES
Similarly, failure to respect this will also result in the complete loss of a deposit and, in addition, guests will be removed from the property immediately with no refund of any monies paid.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
If the number of occupants during a stay exceeds the number originally reserved for, this will also result in the loss of a deposit and may also involve guests being removed from the apartment.
ATTENTION DURING YOUR STAY
For any emergencies or enquiries, a mobile number will be displayed on the door. Remember that our door to door office is open from Monday to Friday 9 am to 3pm.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Although there are two lifts in the building, there is no disabled access due to the staircase at the entrance to the building.
PETS
Under request
